Q: How much does cleanup cost?
A: Cleanup pricing depends on how far behind you are and the complexity of your accounts. We offer flat-rate packages starting at one year of cleanup. After a brief discovery call, we’ll provide you with a clear and customized quote.
Q: What do you need from me to get started?
A:We’ll need secure access to your QuickBooks Online account, as well as your bank and credit card statements, and any relevant receipts or payroll information (if applicable). Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through every step and provide a checklist to help it go smoothly.
Q: I’m not good with numbers. Could you please explain things in a way I can understand?
A: Absolutely. Our goal is to give you clarity, not confusion. We’ll explain your reports and numbers in plain, simple terms—no jargon, no talking down.
Q: Do you work with QuickBooks Desktop?
A: We specialize in QuickBooks Online. If you’re using Desktop, we may be able to help migrate your data or recommend someone in our network who does Desktop cleanup.
Q: What does ongoing monthly bookkeeping include?
A:Monthly packages typically include transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, monthly reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), and email support. Our full-service plans also include payroll entries, sales tax filing, and 1099 tracking.
Q: Can you help with 1099s and sales tax?
A: Yes! We offer both as add-on services. We’ll track your vendors throughout the year and accurately file your 1099s and 1096 on time. We also offer sales tax filing in most states.
Q: How long will the cleanup take?
A: It depends on how far behind your books are. Most one-year cleanups are completed in 2–4 weeks after we receive all necessary documents. We’ll provide a realistic timeline during your onboarding.
Q: Is this a long-term contract?
A: No long-term contracts required. Cleanup services are billed as a one-time project. Monthly bookkeeping is billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Q: Is my financial information secure?
A: Yes. We use industry-standard tools for secure file sharing and QuickBooks access. Your financial data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and care.
